    2014 - 2018

At Green Peak, I served corporate entities, private equity firms, and hedge funds, advising clients on a range of topics including executive assessment, leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational effectiveness. I developed particular expertise in assessing finalist candidates for C-level roles in PE portfolio companies, based on deep insight into the specific requirements of these roles. In part due to this nuanced understanding, I became a sought-after executive coach, especially to C-level executives in PE- and VC-backed companies. In addition, I regularly led team building and training workshops, particularly focused on transforming new or underperforming teams into high performing units. Across all my work, I combined a deep focus on individual performance with a broad understanding of the needs of teams and businesses, mixing rigorous, fact-based analysis with empathy, intuition, and frank interpersonal insight.

    2005 - 2014

As a Management Consultant with McKinsey, I focused on organizational issues and transformations, change management, and operational improvement, in addition to strategy work with clients. During my time at the firm, I was a dedicated people leader with a passion for coaching and leadership development, both internally and with my clients. I was a member of both the Healthcare Systems & Services Practice and the Silicon Valley Office. Within the firm, I was a frequent faculty member and curriculum developer for internal training programs. I was also a frequent interviewer for the West Coast Office and a leader in McKinsey’s recruiting efforts at Stanford and Harvard Business School. Toward the end of my time at McKinsey, I led the Summer Associate program for the Silicon Valley Office and the Summer Business Analyst program across the West Coast.
