• Developed new cell-based assays with significant improvement compared to current standard for cell survival (250-fold reduced materials, 80% improved speed, and 90% reduced labor time) and DNA damage (500% increased sensitivity and 1000-fold increased speed). • Named inventor on worldwide patent application for new cell survival quantification technology. • Raised $300K in grant funding for applications of DNA repair in personalized cancer treatment. • Mentored 5 undergraduates and taught biotech class with 30 students.
