• Designed, built and deployed the firm’s Automated Valuation Model (AVM) used to automatically estimate the value, risk discount and maximum accessible equity for collateral properties used in the secured lending operations of the firm using Python, Docker and Google Cloud Platform • Designed, built and deployed the firm’s loan pricing and underwriting models for the firm’s 3 core credit facilities • Contributed to fundraising activities and to the FCA Banking licence application by carrying out market due diligence, financial forecasting and process designs to automate the Decision in Principle and underwriting business functions • Managed the relationships and contributed to the negotiations with consumer credit reporting and property analytics providers
