    Microfinance group created in 2005 by ACTED, 2nd French NGO committed to humanitarian relief and development worldwide. OXUS went from a USD 1M humanitarian program to a structured group of USD 32M gross loan portfolio, serving more than 41k clients. It currently features MFIs in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan In charge of the management of strategic innovative projects for the group: - Mobile Financial Services development in Afghanistan, funded by USAID ACE-II program In charge of developing alternative delivery channels for OXUS clients’ transactions in urban and rural areas, including the launch and follow-up of m-Hawala mobile financial services solution in 10 points of sales and through MNO Etisalat agents network - Digital transformation / Core Banking System (CBS) migration implementation Coordination of CBS migration projects at group level, in line with OXUS efficiency and innovation strategy. Full project cycle management for OXUS Afghanistan and successful migration of 11 years data, USD 13,5M portfolio and 23k active contracts.
