Things have changed since we founded Twisto in 2013; by then, I was the first Product Designer, Product Manager, Data & BI Analyst, Front-end Developer and we've launched our first MVP of a new payment gateway "buy now, pay later" in less than 3 months. Today we have 6 independent Delivery teams with clear objectives set up (aligned with our business strategy). We are spending a lot of time in Product Discovery to solve our customer's problems in the best way possible (we want to build products that are useful and not just usable) while also having the business and commercial impact in mind. We are always looking for ways how to shorten our time to market and prioritize for the highest impact. We do a lot of: A/B testing Experimenting Data analysis Iterative development MVP, prototyping & validation Talking to customers Product Research methods (from getting instant user feedback, user testing to surveys and ghost door experiments)

No more photo editing software for web design! Our aim was to create a new tool to design web & mobile apps, there was only Photoshop ruling the world at the time. Wireframe: You can create interactive wireframes with CSS Piffle easily, just by using HTML5 and CSS3. Mobile web: Creating a mobile web has never been easier. You can optimize and test right away. Animations: Animations in CSS Piffle are really easy to create. You design and CSS Piffle does all the work for you.

It started as a single Photoshop plugin called CSS Hat (csshat.com) created during a weekend hackathon. When we woke up after launch, we were amazed to see 10,000+ USD on our account. It kick-started us and we've founded a new company (madebysource.com), making useful tools for developers and designers all around the world (the majority of our customers were based in the US). Since 2015, the Source team has moved on to create a solution to sync designers and developers in one universal tool – Avocode.com.

We've founded a digital agency when we were in high school (computer sciences) and our team grew from 3 to 30 people. We were creating websites and web/mobile apps for our clients. I was overseeing all company activities – team, projects, communication, finance. We have started as a Czech company but as our business grew, we've expanded to the US market and we've delivered cutting-edge solutions for our customers. Thanks to the revenue from our work for clients, we were able to incubate many projects of our own, including madebysource.com – CSS Hat, Enigma 64, CSS Piffle, Subtle Patterns plugin.
