• Ensure product quality (QA) of Sony's present generation Android TV™ software featuring Google’s Android OS. • Directed multiple global QA teams to ensure the highest quality standards and fulfillment of requirements across the corporation. Acted as QA lead and point of contact for major releases and point release. Collaborated with Development and Product Management teams to define and execute release objectives. • Responsible for leading an offshore team of QA engineers in validating releases of software used in large scale as home entertainment products. Each cycle demanded planning, preparation, managing and progress tracking of testing market release packages to a high degree of accuracy and reliability under stringent schedule limits. • Developed test plans to describe types of tests and coverage of the required system features by reviewing and analyzing product requirements, user cases and design specifications. • Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement/release. • Skilled in managing high-budget and strategic area of work being done by large outsourced service providers. • Experienced with full system development lifecycle, including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases and test processes fueling swift corrective actions, significant cost savings and fault-free audits.
