    Rocksbox is the best way for women to try and purchase everyday jewelry that they love. Rocksbox was acquired by Signet, the largest seller of diamond jewelry in the world including retail storefront brands Zales and Jared, to expand their customer base to the "self-purchasing woman" I built the first version of Rocksbox's consumer-facing website and, much more extensively, our custom admin site used to manage all of our customers, shipments, products, coupons, gifts, subscriptions, etc. I built and managed the engineering and product team as CTO for two years. Team included in-house and remote engineers and designers. I acted as VP of Operations to design and build in-house fulfillment operation. My final title was VP of Customer Lifetime, responsible for online/offline customer experiences (measured through NPS), retention/churn rates, referral rates, customer research and customer service team.
