Focused on private equity opportunities in the US Hispanic market and Mexico. Fundraising, deal flow generation, due diligence management, deal structuring and negotiations, closing and post-investment management support. Industries included energy, consumer goods, telecom, media, financial services, and healthcare among others.

    Health Net, Inc is a publicly traded health insurance company providing health insurance products to government and private sector clients. Responsibilities included product and market strategy for the California Commercial market. Managed a product team to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and our own product portfolio. Managed cross-functional team to implement new product portfolio for California market, and supported specialty team for the development of products and services targeting the US Hispanic market.

    Co-founded Internet based e-commerce company in the heavy equipment industry. Raised $10mm from VC and strategic investors. Responsible for business development and marketing.
