    The Rotational Management Program is a 10-month training program (<2% hire rate) during which trainees learn about the overall Gap Inc portfolio (Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, Intermix, Hill City, Janie and Jack) and rotate through core business functions - Production, Inventory Management, Merchandising, and Digital Marketing. The program gives trainees a holistic understanding of the product to market process, from sourcing overseas to inventory planning and assortment building. Trainees interact closely with executive leaders from across the organization, and spend time in both the New York and San Francisco offices to gain insights into Gap Inc's short and long term strategic initiatives.
