Eve.com was a leading online retailer of cosmetics, accessories, and jewelry, carrying over 250 cosmetics brands. Company became the first retailer to convince a critical mass of high-end cosmetics brands to sell their products online. Eve.com had the largest market share in online cosmetics space until its purchase by Idealab in 2000 in a competitive sale process.
