The Help List was created to help available talent land a new opportunity with a Canadian startup during the early days of COVID-19. Over 4,000 people and hundreds of companies benefited from this open source resource, making it the largest of its kind in the world in 2020.

Our mission is to unite the global talent pool with Canada’s fastest-growing companies by centralizing all of the startup career opportunities in one free and easy-to-search location. As founder and CEO of Prospect (spun out of Golden Ventures), I oversaw the organization's operations, fundraising, and product development. I led the development of Prospect's core products, including scaling the job board from 0 to 1200 startups, launching a national layoff list, and publishing multi-annual market reports on the state of talent.
