Asterion Ventures is the first venture capital firm structured to support impact-driven entrepreneurs from the pre-seed phase and over the long term. We fund sustainable innovations capable of triggering a series of shifts and contributing to the profound transformation of the economic and social system. These are companies that create new market benchmarks, establish themselves as leaders in their sector, and change the rules of the game, or steer entire industries toward better practices. In short, Asterion is: Lead investor investments We invest in around 20 projects per year, with ticket sizes ranging from €500,000 to €2.5M in Pre-Seed/Seed rounds up to €5M, acting as the lead investor. Patient capital over the long term We act as a long-term key shareholder, maintaining our pro-rata in Series A and B rounds of our portfolio companies throughout their value creation process. A community of seasoned investors Our more than 700 operating angels are handpicked and generously offer their time to help accelerate our portfolio companies: unicorn CEOs, serial entrepreneurs, C-Level executives of scale-ups, members of executive committees from major corporations… Structured support for our portfolio companies We organize workshops (product, pricing, go-to-market), business development introductions, and strategic recruitment assistance, as well as support for subsequent fundraising efforts. Training and exchange programs We have created a “Life After Exit” format to guide founders through their post-exit transition and an immersion program into our venture capital impact activities, dedicated to the younger generations of French entrepreneurial families.

Breega propels pioneering and purpose-driven founders from idea into impact. We closed our first fund in 2015 and now have half a billion AUM and 70+ trailblazing portfolio companies. Crafted for founders by founders, we built Breega to provide start-ups with the help we wish we'd had. And we’ve created an investment proposition that’s purposefully designed. We call it full stack funding: providing capital and connections, expertise and experience, support and solidarity for entrepreneurs at every step of their journey.
