    Redbox distributes DVD & Blu-Ray movies, Video Games and now Tickets to live events through automated kiosks in partnership with major retail partners such as all the leading grocery chains, Walmart, Walgreen's, CVS, McDonald's and many others. I was part of the Senior Executive Team primarily responsible for launching all things new at the company. My position was a unique blend of both strategic vision and tactical execution with GM and P&L responsibility. The New Business team conceived and built the games division, then helped conceive the Digital movie service in partnership with Verizon, and most recently their latest offering to sell Tickets to live events. In addition, from March through September of 2012 I was the interim SVP of Marketing, Product, and CRM and Analytics in addition to heading up Innovation and New Business.

    Kettle Partners was an early-stage technology venture capital fund. The three general partners were all recovering entrepreneurs and believed in rolling up our collective sleeves and leveraging our accumulated operating experience in addition to our capital. While there I was the lead investor in SurePayroll (sold to Paychex) and Novarra (sold to Nokia).
