Led all aspects of the implementation of LyteShot's platform and related business management functions, as well as guiding the company's strategic plan and development of cloud mobile gaming portal technology with mobile (iOS/ Android), augmented reality, and hardware peripheral (IoT) eco-system. LyteShot is a interactive mobile gaming platform which utilizes a broad array of sensors for its hardware peripheral system that connects with mobile gaming apps on user's mobile devices creating a new gaming experience that can take place anywhere. The cloud-based platform digitally connects multi-player physical gaming through the internet via players' mobile devices with augmented reality (AR) smartglasses. Named "Best Augmented Reality Game" at Augmented World Expo (AWE) and awarded CES Innovation Design Award.

    Responsible for the development of Federal and Commercial Real Estate sectors for Chicago Office. Oversaw the procurement/ managed the design of the new Social Security Administration's (SSA) National Support Center (NSC) - a General Services Administration (GSA) Design Excellence project. Mark’s commercial portfolio includes the management of the design effort for the new 1.8 million square foot Chemsunny Plaza corporate headquarters located near Tiananmen Square in Beijing for China’s third-largest oil company. Additionally, he was part of the project management team responsible for the design development and implementation for over 350 Charles Schwab retail facilities throughout the United States. Managed integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation for projects such as NATO, SSA Data Center, and Dirksen Courthouse Renovation.
