    Led business transformation effort for CEO of declining metals and minerals mine in order to extend the life of mine by improving production, reducing costs and solving for competing regulatory, social (job creation) and environmental imperatives. Led team of 25 consultants and clients to identify and implement $50M (>10% of mine cost base) in practical cost reduction, redesigned critical processes (daily planning, overtime & absenteeism, contract management, etc.). Developed strategic & financial road infrastructure development program for a Senior Minister in a West African country. Led analysis of $3.2Bn road infrastructure program and proposed recommendations to secure funding for its implementation through international donor organization, private sector funding and national aid organizations. Led roadshow with worldwide funders in the Middle East, EU and the USA. Helped deliver a donor conference to secure funding commitments. Implemented strategic Corporate Affairs program for international alcohol manufacturer in South Africa needing to improve relations with government, mitigate harm from misuse of the product. Led redesign of the alcohol industry body, prepared briefs to lobby parliament and managed the implementation of stricter enforcement mechanisms for drunk driving. Designed messaging and engagement approach for critical stakeholders. Successful strategy implemented in other regions. Led Africa tourism marketing strategy for a South African tourism organization, including key inbound country markets in Sub-Saharan Africa, contributing to a double-digit growth (>12% p.a.) for four deep-dive markets in the two years after the strategy was adopted.
