Most of our customers add value by further processing (using our products to create soup bases or other ingredients) or adding our custom made products and stock items to retail products like green salads, wet chicken salads, and ready to eat sandwiches.

Since the day I opened my practice several years ago I have assisted all different types of clients. I have helped families plan their future with Trusts, Wills and Estate and tax planning and survivors move on by assisting then with the administration of their loved one's estate. I have helped individuals turn hobbies into businesses by completing LLC and Corporate formation. Additionally, I have provided these new businesses with template contracts for B2B and B2C transactions, and consultant services to assist the new business owners to create best practices and employee handbooks. I have assisted larger firms with litigation matters and document review projects. I look forward to helping those in need of legal and business assistance no matter what the size or scope.
