Overseeing the Insight and the Scouting team, and worked as part of the leadership team to deliver business plan. - supported company growth to 50 people and 3 global offices - provided direction to a distributed team of six members - designed the company marketing strategy, hired a SEO agency and contributed to content creation - assisted the CEO with the acquisition & integration of a US strategic innovation firm (The Inovo Group) L Marks has launched over 85 innovation programmes across the UK, Europe, Israel, Asia, and the US. Working with partners that include BMW, Lloyd’s of London, United Utilities and Arsenal FC, L Marks has created the UK’s largest network of corporate innovation labs (spanning open innovation, intrapreneurship and venture building).

As Head of Startup Support, I have setup and managed key external partnerships and I have been hiring and leading a team of three people on business-related aspects to support all cohorts and designing the curricula for each programme (over 12 open innovation programmes in less than two years).
