On Deck scaled to 300 employees globally, generated $20m in revenue, and raised $70m from Founders Fund and other top investors. Over 1,000 startups have been founded and launched at On Deck, collectively raising more than $2b. Our $100m accelerator and venture fund, ODX, invested in over 230 companies worldwide. I also served as an advisor and coach to our founders on product development, fundraising, and company culture.

I created and ran On Deck Writers, a new business unit focused on accelerating independent writers. I grew the business to $1mm revenue in six months before On Deck pivoted from media. Latch is a manufacturer of enterprise smart locks and building management software. I drove efforts to improve our iOS apps that resulted in our average App Store rating growing from 2.5 → 4, and oversaw the design and release of features including advanced package management, virtual apartment staging in AR, and access sharing to enable integration with third-party delivery services and apps.

Castle was building the future of single-family real estate investing by creating a scalable, user-friendly property management service. Our mission was to make renting out a property as easy as buying a stock, and renting a property as easy as booking a hotel room. I cofounder the company and led product, design, and marketing. Castle grew to $1mm ARR and raised $4mm from investors including Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, and SV Angel. I conceived, designed, and shipped our web platform used by thousands of landlords, tenants, and contractors, and built and managed 20-person team of marketers, engineers, and operations staff across two cities.
