Svyaznoybank was focused on credit, debit cards and current accounts for mass market in Russia. It used Svyaznoy retail network as the distribution channel. We serviced more than 2 mln customers , had ~ 5% market share of the card market. We got numerous awards for customer service and our products. Inter alia, the bank was named Bank of the Year in 2011 by the most popular Russian financial portal banki.ru. Our product was awarded as one of top 3 internet&mobile banking apps in Russia in 2014 by Synovate Comcon.

Svyaznoy has strong online presence , one of top 5 positions by revenue in Russian consumer internet , developed online travel services, online insurance and credit broker. It has one of top 3 loyalty programs in Russia, with more than 18 mln consumers participating. Svyaznoy is the top partner for Apple in Russia, operating more than 50 shops selling solely Apple products. Svyaznoy got more than 50 industry awards , including top15 HR brands in Russia in 2015, best e-commerce shop in electronics category in 2014, best loyalty program in 2014, best retail brand in Russia in 2011 and many others.

VisualDNA is Psych tech for a better world VisualDNA was started in 2006 in order to change communication between people for the better. By combining the approaches of data scientists, psychologists, creatives and engineers we have crafted new ways of understanding the human personality, allowing people to understand themselves and businesses to serve their customers better. I invested money in this company, and was a controlling shareholder till February 2015. We achieved 10 mln USD in psychographics data sales to consumer lending banks , RTB platforms and agencies.
