    The Center promotes a culture and a pro-innovation and entrepreneurship environment at the University and in the country, through meetings, building networks and the promotion of joint projects between academia, the corporate sector, entrepreneurs and the public sector.
With the excellence of the University, it contributes to articulating innovation policies that integrate companies, academia and the public sector, seeking to improve people's quality of life in a sustainable way. The Direction of Entrepreneurship develops multiple programs to promote, incubate and accelerate startup companies, from early-stage ideas through to mature ventures that can deliver sustained impact at scale. Within this, the Upscale program aims to connect innovative ventures with key strategic sectors in Chile, including mining and renewable energy.

Undertook and delivered a series of C-level consulting engagements with leading insurance companies across the Latin American region, providing expertise in areas of strategic planning, definition of the model of business at regional level and development of specific strategic initiatives.

    Responsible for the design and management of the advertising campaign, which left the MetLife brand with the highest level of recall achieved in its history in Chile. This included: - the definition and management of the successful rebranding from Seguros Interamericana to MetLife. - the redefinition of the strategy to promote customer loyalty, which increased retention by 12 points.

    Responsible for the Interamericana brand during an especially turbulent period in the Company's history, impacted by the collapse of parent company, AIG, the economic crisis and the eventual merger with MetLife. Specific achievements included: - the delivery of an increased annual cross-selling budget of UF 100,000 (annual growth of 15%). - the creation of the eBusiness area that has become an important channel for the generation of new customer prospects - the design and implementation of new portals for individual customers, corporate clients and brokers, in addition to the design and launch of an interactive website developed in alliance with a major retailer. - support for the communication, advertising and commercial strategy in the creation of the first Direct Response sales channel for life insurance in Chile.

    Supporting the Regional CEO, responsible for strategic planning of the Group’s business in the Latin American region, including validation of business plans and investment programs, definition of specific development initiatives and managing the relationship with the Emerging Markets HQ In addition, responsible for defining the company's strategy in Chile, including the identification and implementation of specific development initiatives. Specific achievements included: - design and implementation of the integration strategy to merge RSA Chile with the acquired Cruz del Sur business, including management and development of the Program Management Office for the implementation phase. - definition of the Target Operating Model of the combined post-merger company. - identification, analysis and management of corporate development initiatives (new investments/ products/ channels, potential acquisitions, partnerships).
