Raised nearly $20M in equity financing and increased credit facility with Silicon Valley Bank to $15M Interclick was named the #5 best company to work for in New York by Crains in 2011 across all industries. Sold to Yahoo for $270M in December 2011 which represented a 50% premium over our existing share price.
