Today more than 450 school systems serving five million students use Panorama to ensure that each child is getting the support they need, so that more students succeed in school, graduate, and go on to college. Panorama helps educators monitor how students are doing across academics, attendance, behavior, and college readiness, and then coordinate action to support each child. Panorama’s platform also helps educators get data about non-academic factors that are key to each child’s success in school and in life, such as social-emotional skills, safety, teacher-student relationships, and family engagement. Director of Growth and Operations

This role supports the Executive Director by building the internal capacity of FII—Boston, the local site of a national network, in pursuit of ambitious growth and organizational goals including managing a $2M dollar budget. Key initiatives include: •Operations •Partnership Development •Fundraising Support (in conjunction with National) •Strategic Growth •Staff Management Responsibilities include: •Partnering with the Executive Director to review family nominations and determine enrollment •Managing staff performance and overseeing their leadership of functional areas •Coordinating the application process for and allocation of funds from our Resource Hub •Improving workflow systems for journal audits •Leading staff meetings and supervisions •Processing staff invoices •Overseeing office management •Building and executing a comprehensive strategy to diversify revenue generation •Responding to inquiries regarding prospective partnerships •Facilitating geographic expansion including: recruiting new families and stewarding key donor relations •Delivering trainings and technical assistance on our platforms including: Uptogether; InvestCloud; and Analytics4 •Analyzing data collected from partner families via our platforms •Presenting insights internally to FII team and externally to key thought leaders and influencers •Support fundraising efforts in conjunction with national as needed •Assisting in advisory board management •Engaging new organizational advocates as a part of efforts to build individual giving program

Special Projects Manager (contract)

Provided support and leadership to a variety of key projects in: •Fundraising and development •Political organizing and public awareness •External partnership management. Partnered with the CEO and the Senior Management Team to advance efforts in each of these key areas to further the mission of MMP. Helped manage complex initiatives that require strong attention to detail and the need to work independently and take initiative to keep all projects moving forward. Responsibilities and accomplishments: •Worked on regional fund raising efforts in targeted communities of Boston, Cape Cod and Hampden County •Solicited 5-figure gifts via foundation and corporate relations and event sponsorship •Stewarded key relationships with funders and donors •Managed volunteer committee for signature 2016 Champions of Mentoring event which raised $200K+ •Participated in initial planning for 25th Anniversary Gala event to be held in January 2017 •Coordinated partnership management with Boston City Hall and My Brother's Keeper's efforts •Maintained communication with key partners in Western Massachusetts •Supported Mentoring Matching Grants line item advocacy at State House

Recruitment Manager

• Actively develop and build networks and partnerships that bring exceptional talent to Commongood Careers, including conducting extensive research to identify high-quality talent throughout the country • Manage cutting-edge social networking tools and strategies to build and engage a community of candidates • Partner closely with Commongood Careers Search Consultants to manage relationships with nonprofit organizations and provide a high level of client service • Lead presentations about building a career in the nonprofit sector for partner organizations, undergrad groups, MBA programs and Americorps cohorts • Manage Commongood Careers participation in targeted networking events in Boston and nationally in order to continually cultivate a network of nonprofit professionals and stay up-to-date on trends throughout the sector • Partner closely with the Vice President of Recruitment in order to continually build, sharpen and innovate our recruiting strategies • Conduct informational interviews and provide advice and career guidance to professionals interested in working in socially entrepreneurial organizations in order to evaluate their potential fit with positions being managed by Commongood Careers
