    I led the turnaround of a digital venture owned by A.P. Moller - Maersk. The idea of the venture was to build a trading platform for commodities focussed on Africa. The turnaround included setting a strategy, re-calibrating the team and setting a strong founding team, identifying product-market fit and rebuilding the technology. Under my management, the team applied an agile approach to trying to find product-market fit. We tested multiple variants of the original concept, which unfortunately did not work in the market. When funding ceased, I closed the company and reported our findings to the owners.

QuantAds was the 7th fastest growing company in Denmark from 2011-2015, 1st in its category. I successfully exited the company at a high ROI prior to moving to the USA.

I supported PE funds with acquisitions and divestitures of several companies, assisted a consumer goods company with stopping a flawed acquisition for a consumer goods company and assisted government owned entities and ministries with identifying hundreds of millions in savings.
