    Soul Search is an executive recruitment platform whose mission is to help the best and brightest from across all industries recognize their untapped potential as innovators in healthcare. The goal of our entire body of work is to ensure all people have access to the best, most modern care and tools to improve the quality of their health. That means building the emerging health tech companies that become the breakaway successes of this generation. To be successful, our goal is to connect wholeheartedly to understand motivations and visions among three constituencies: funders, entrepreneurs and executive leaders. In addition to Search, we will also work the process in reverse — creating and funding — giving the top 10 percent of executives from tech and healthcare opportunities that will change their lives and the lives of countless others.     In addition to being CEO at Soul Search Partners, Michelle is a Partner at AlleyCorp. AlleyCorp is a NY-focused investment firm and incubator. We deploy ~$600M into early stage founders. To date, AlleyCorp has founded and incubated some of the most influential companies in New York City (e.g., Business Insider, MongoDB - NASDAQ: MDB, Gilt Groupe, Zola, Nomad Health, Pearl Health, Groups Recover Together and more), creating 3000+ jobs, raising $2B+. In our model, we make two kinds of investments: those where we invest very early as the first seed investors and those we incubate. On the incubation side, AlleyCorp originates the idea, hires the team, funds the initial 6-12 months, launches the company, and builds the team to lead the company forward.
