While at Extole, I product managed the platform email communication system and the internal campaign management system. I then transitioned to running the Customer Success team of eight team members. The Customer Success team was responsible for building loyal customer relationships, tackling customer needs, customer education, and improving performance of campaigns. We were measured on retention, MRR and customer satusfaction. Set up first net promoter score (NPS) surveys. Some notable customers served: Safeway, Roku, Shutterfly, Gamefly, Redbox and many other major brands.
