    I was responsible for product and media strategy of esports company transiting from agency/event business to the full-fledged esports ecosystem. The team I formed launched three new products: booking SAAS for the esports centers, platform for the amateur esports tournaments, and interactive Twitch extension. I also devised a media strategy focused the creation of the new media assets based on the esports media rights. Winstrike successfully raised another round of funding.

    I was responsible for the new mobile products of Tribuna Digital: product discovery, launch, building of the independent teams. New products were built for the markets outside our core business in Russia. - Tribuna.com – mobile-first community of football fans. I supervised the process of integration of sports startup 90Live after the acquisition. Renamed Tribuna.com, it became company's flagship product in Western Europe and Africa with millions of MAU. - Betting Insider – the community of betting enthusiasts. The app ultimately became the most successful product on CIS market in terms of audience and revenue. - Rabona – 9gag-like aggregator of sports memes Closed in 2018 after several pivots. - Kixx - daily fantasy sports for football fans (closed in 2017) I led a cross-functional team of 7 people as a product owner. Kixx gone from market analysis to 33K users (the largest project on the market) after the beta launch in 3 countries. Our team managed to attract 30% of users via viral projects (i.e. a fantasy sports competition based on the Game of Thrones TV series). The app was shut down in 2017 due to changes in fantasy sports regulation that made the original business model impossible.
