ThinkIQ provides a software platform for Collaborative Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations. We use sensor data and disruptive technologies to provide end-to-end traceability to improve product safety and optimize operations. Most manufacturers struggle to gain a holistic view of their overall business because information is fragmented across the ERP, MES, Quality and Industrial Automation (PLC/DCS) systems. The fragmentation is exacerbated as one looks further up and down the supply chain and the number of systems increases. A holistic view enables these business goals: • Ensuring product quality and safety. • Being able to prove that the characteristics and origin of a product are accurate and known. • Optimizing the supply chain. • Optimizing Manufacturing operations to dynamically account for variations in the material supply chain. • Effective long and short-term planning and scheduling. Over the last decade many "solutions" to this problem have emerged the are usually called Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI) or Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems.
