    • Started and grew the Identity team from 1 person. Personally recruited and referred multiple Staff+ engineers • Drove Onboarding initiatives that added +$40M additional revenue and +500K additional users • Drove Decentralized Identity research (ERC725 prototype: https://github.com/mirceapasoi/erc725-735), team discovery, and acquisition integration (see Techcrunch article)

    Alien Labs built Memo, a note-taking app for technical teams that use Slack. Memo made it quick and easy to save and find code snippets, meeting notes, links, Slack messages, or other short work notes – right inside Slack or on the web. Raised a Seed round of $2M. Built the team to 7 full-time employees and a couple contractors. Led engineering and product. Led acquisition conversations. Eventually, the engineering team was acqui-hired by Coinbase.
