During my time, I’ve led an operations team, started our CX department, and was the founding product manager as we grew to a $2B valuation and nine-digit ARR. 2022-2023 - Practice Experience: responsible for addressing customer churn and improving profitability * Reduced cost-to-serve by 22% per order * Increased Weekly Engaged Users 4X * Launched iOS and Android apps * Revised notification framework (SMS, email, app) increasing open rate from 23% to 66% and click-through rate from 8% to 33% * Rebuilt navigation and information architecture and reduced customer support inbounds by 11% 2021-2022 - Supply Chain and Vendor Marketplace: focused on scaling supply side of business as we 10X'd customers *Designed intake software as we scaled from $7M to $50M in revenue and from 1 to 20 vendors *Built vendor integrations (LabTrac) saving 20% in operational intake costs and improved time to fabrication by 83% *Developed in-line quality control software that measured adherence to designed standards and increased quality acceptance rate by 24% * Created order routing framework that helped increase on-time delivery from ~60% to 93% 2020-2021 - Internal Tools and Checkout: Sole PM as we reached PMF.     Rock Health is the first venture fund dedicated to digital health, supporting entrepreneurs at the intersection of healthcare and technology. * Designed new proprietary deal flow tracking application that allowed Rock Health to analyze potential investments against previous metrics e.g. number/size of customers, deal size trends, etc. * Launched a customer acquisition showcase series focused on generating prospective customers for portfolio companies. For initial event, recruited an audience of 90 senior health plan executives * Created monthly roundtable series for health tech community to share and aggregate knowledge. Sample sessions include ‘CTO/Engineering’, and ‘Hiring your first designer’. * Published research on funding in digital health (see below). * Moderated panel at SXSW 2015 and guest lectured at UCLA Anderson and UC Berkeley Haas about Future of Digital Health.
