    It is my great honor to currently serve as Vice President of Board of Directors for such an incredible organization. I also sit as a member of the Finance, Real Estate and Technology committees for YCD. Established in 1973, Young Community Developers, Inc. (YCD) is a 501c (3) community based organization that provides a variety of training and support opportunities for residents of the Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood of San Francisco. Per year thousands of individuals receive employment and training related services through YCD. Throughout the Pandemic YCD stepped above its original charter to help the community through some very difficult times. Over the years YCD has successfully operated job placement, educational and employment based training opportunities for residents of the Southeast Sector of San Francisco and beyond. As an active board we have grown the organization from $1M funds operated to over $25M. Named one of the best Non-Profits to work for in the US year after year!

I helped Co-found the company and had the privilege to serve as a board member during its critical start-up years.

With over 170+ investments during its run with an average 30x+ return rate and with an industry leading investment success rate of 86.67%. Either through direct, fund to fund and partner investments our story starts with the likes of Ascend, Jupiter, Brocade, Level 3 and Palo Alto Networks. With several dozens in a variety of spaces like Health Care, Fintech, Digital Media, Big Data, AI, Blockchain/Crypto and other up and coming technologies. Retired from full time fund managent with winners such as Slack, Snapchat, Sidecar, Uber, Lyft and Airbnb.

    Comsolo was $100 Million boutique LA based data center/collocation provider specializing in hosting SaaS providers, cloud service providers, content and media providers, hosted PBX services and Salesforce and other CRM & ERP providers. Hands on Chairman directly helping with sales, marketing and operation. As CMO created and executed a marketing plan which included Digital Ad services and trade shows. As CFO oversaw P&L responsibilities, daily accounting and bookkeeping, maintained strong relationships with our vendors and customers, balancing AR and AP with cash flow management, payroll, capital expenditures and providing updates to financial partners. The company was acquired by Netecom Inc. in 2008.

    Insideye was a SaaS company helping educational and business organizations improve internal communication through a dual encryption hosted software forum. As founder of a small start-up my primary duties were overseeing the development of the platform, sales, CFO duties and project management of implementations to customers. Responsible for growing revenues to over $1 million in less than 1 year. Technology was sold to a Non-Profit education company in 2004.

    CNM Network was a S.California based IP application services company with the nations first private nationwide IP Network. All marketing, sales and operations reported into my organization. I was directly responsible for growing annual sales to $500 million. Creator of worlds first "Unlimited" communication product. Initiated CA statewide marketing campaign with over 25K monthly signups. Key executive in raising $80 Million in Private Equity and VC funding. Company was sold to investment group in 2003.

    1997 - 2000

    ICG Communications was a $3 Billion Colorado based Competitive Local Exchange Carrier that competed with Regional Bell Operating Companies in 20+ markets across the US. Founding team member of Netcom which was a $300 million Western based ISP acquired by ICG in 1997. The acquisition provided the opportunity of building the ISP services division for the Western Region. I manged negations for the Billion dollar plus reciprocal compensation agreements with the major Telco's. I also had Direct P&L responsibility and directly managed sales growth of the Western region from $50 million to over $200 million in 1 year. I was the recipient of Presidents Eagle Award and Top ISP Operation for 1998.
