Vice President Operations

2002 - 2006

As the VP of Operations, I built teams, systems, process and training to deliver and support CoreTrac's homegrown CRM solution for banks and credit unions. For Implementations, my vision was to build the most efficient, repeatable map of how to install and onboard a bank on the product so that we could scale the team and maintain quality. For Support, my goal was to give our customers the kind of surprisingly good support that makes you feel good about the world.
