My two focuses are entrepreneurship and management/leadership. I have a portfolio of angel investments in more than 30 women-led companies and also focus on founders of color. I meet regularly with founders of companies in all stages of development to provide advice, largely on a pro bono basis, and I conduct trainings on "Presenting to Investors" for founders as well as "Introduction to Angel Investing" to women interested in becoming investors. I am frequently a "pitch judge" or mentor to entrepreneurs in accelerators and affinity groups. I accept assignments in helping organizations with leadership and management challenges and opportunities. I act as an executive coach and career counselor. I serve on panels and give talks in the area of entrepreneurship, angel investing, gender diversity and management/leadership.
