- Successfully launched SKULLY AR-1 first production units into US market. - Created AR-1’s documentation packages for production tooling - Owned development of 15 rubber and plastic parts from conception through production - Worked with SolidWorks assemblies to construct a master CAD model. - Designed multiple Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC) for manufacturing - Worked with compliance agencies to successfully certify SKULLY’s Helmet for DOT safety compliance - Coordinated with internal Software, Hardware, Mechanical Engineering and external testing facilities to pass FCC/CISPR compliance - Worked to implement Characterization, Quality and Reliability testing strategies for, but not limited to, accelerated life time testing, early QA processes, UL, shock/drop, and environmental testing - Developed user manual and quick start guides for AR-1 - Worked with closely with marketing and sales to align technical and non-technical teams - Managed external contractors for timely SoW completion through every phase of the product development lifecycle. - Drove DFM efforts with 3rd party contract manufacturers through first article inspection into first production units - Managed relationships with ODM and OEM’s to coordinate current and future efforts
