VP, Marketing Operations
2018 - 2019
Facilitating the transition of LeaseLabs into RealPage, Inc., I seamlessly assumed this position, which involved overseeing day-to-day operations for the American multinational property management software solutions corporation. In detail, I orchestrate all bottom-line factors, including company vision, strategic planning, product management, and software implementation processes. In addition, I coordinate organizational structure through growth initiatives and more advanced workflow processes. Furthermore, I provide oversight of multiple teams to secure adherence to delivery timelines and enhance corporate identity and customer satisfaction metrics. Created a more responsive and market-driven organization by developing offshore teams to support a two-fold increase in business – resulted in a reduction of operational costs by 30%. Substantially improved organizational performance by redesigning website functions, which minimized product delivery time by 25%.
2016 - 2018
COO
2016 - 2018
Leveraging strong operational and technical experience gained from multiple positions within the U.S. Navy, I was prepared to make a significant impact to the team at LeaseLabs and make the organization grow past its objectives. As COO, I directed all major divisions and structured the vision, strategy, and core values of the agency in collaboration with executive management to cultivate a work environment conducive to success. In addition, I developed and led the project management, SEM, SEO, and process improvement teams; managed all major facets of operations – product development, quality assurance, web/creative design, human resources, implementation, customer support, and IT. Furthermore, I standardized processes through implementation of workflows and training procedures and utilized Lean Six Sigma techniques to drive efficiency and meet delivery timelines. Enhanced automation of operations through implementation of software platforms and tools – Jira, Salesforce, Service Desk, Confluence, Invision, Hootsuite, Acquisio – boosted customer ROI and accommodated company growth. Increased SEO rankings through SEM partnerships with Google, which included Google Premier and acceleration partner program. Launched two new products – The Search Marketer (SEM tool) and Reputation Management Pro. Supported the sale of the company to RealPage for approximately $103M, five times the earnings.
