Oversaw all functions relating to finance, accounting, HR, sales ops, and IT overseeing a team of 5. I worked closely with the CEO and PE sponsors on growth strategy and integration planning, and led strategic planning with department stakeholders. Representative projects during my time at Plixer included leading the integration of the Company's first acquisition of Great Bay Software (Dec '19) which resulted in the consolidation and eventual migration of QBO to Sage Intacct and the consolidation of Salesforce (and launch of CPQ tool) with direct integration into our ERP. I also led the Company through the adoption of ASC606 standards as well as implementation and training of new reporting protocols across sales, CS, and accounting teams.
