Most of my personal successes are within UK's FMCG sector, where I helped shift a small retail E-commerce business to a B2B market leader in Greek food products in less than 4 years. I did that by: -Asking B2B clients how could we make their business do better. -Took steps to be more useful than competitors. -Created easy ordering workflow, convenient delivery schedules and payment terms. -Included them in the selection process of our suppliers, to better fill demand and each personal taste. -Created strong bonds with stakeholders, kept them updated regularly with business updates that affect them. We were invited on the Web Summit of 2014 in Dublin, Ireland to showcase our work as an alpha stage company. Fun fact: I am the only one with a yellow skin on my picture on the conference's website!
