During the 18 years at Seagate Technology, held technical leadership role (Core Team DE Lead for two Enterprise Products, Head of BPM Technology) leading teams to deliver world class innovations results. Managed product development from prototype to volume production, and achieved industry first in time -to-market and record setting performance bench marks. Later responsible for BPM advanced technology roadmap, architecture design integration, and customer technical communication. 2012-2016 Leading companywide Bit Patterned Media Technology development including technology roadmap and customer communication. Leading full drive integration of recording media, recording head, new Preamp/SOC feature development, Read/Write and Advanced Servo architecture integration etc. 2009-2011 Companywide Core Team Design Engineering Lead for 10KRPM 2.5in SFF Enterprise HDD. Leading new product development from prototyping to volume production transfer to overseas factories in Asia.
