    Role & Responsibilities: - Managing the Go To Market functions in the organization inclusive of Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Strategy & Operations, M&A, HR as well as the companies international efforts which materialised in the leadership of our US and Germany CEO’s, while the company founder & CEO kept direct ownership of Tech (CTO), Product (CPO) and Finance (CFO). - Responsible for creating and leading the implementation of company rituals necessary to effectively run a 100m ARR, 700+ employees organization distributed across 7 different offices across the world. This includes implementing a complete OKR process, Quarterly Business Reviews, the creation of a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of 35 key leaders responsible for operationalising the company strategy and visions and making sure the weekly COMEX and Company bi-monthly All Hands become more effective. These initiatives’ primary goals were to make sure that the company remain focused and that we were allocating our resources against our biggest and most important priorities.

    Role & Responsibilities : - Building a world-class team and uphold LinkedIn culture and values. -Focus on business and members growth across a portfolio of core (Australia, Singapore), Strategic (India and SEA) and Venture markets (Japan and China). - Building mutlti-year strategies to grow LinkedIn that took into consideration Asia’s diversity of markets and the unique maturity of each of our markets and business lines. (Talent, Marketing, Sales, Learning) - Day to day management and P&L ownership of LinkedIn 5 business lines: Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Learning Solutions, Premium & Sales Solutions. Key Results: - During this period, we were able to more than double LinkedIn’s membership in Asia from 90m to over 200m. This included developing locally relevant in China and Japan. - At the same time, we tripled our bookings - LinkedIn’s Asia Pacific team also doubled during this period to reach 2,500+ colleagues.
