Managed HR, organizational and leadership development, culture @ Lytro (www.lytro.com), an amazing Mountainview-based company that is transforming the camera into a powerful computational photography platform and making conventional cameras a thing of the past. The key innovation is “light field” technology, which captures all of the light rays in a scene to create interactive, living pictures and enable unprecedented capabilities, including the ability to focus after a picture is taken, remarkable low-light sensitivity, and 3D viewing.

Served as the chief executive for a global workplace and HR consulting and research organization with locations in 30 countries, best known for selecting Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list. Responsible for overall company performance, P&L, strategic plan, managed company executive team. managed global HR function and championed internal efforts to create a Best Company internally, and studied and advised top companies in their journeys to create great workplaces.

Oversaw leadership and organizational development service delivery in the West Coast and served on the America's Leadership team for a global HR and organizational effectiveness consulting firm owned by Manpower. Managed projects in areas of leadership assessment, culture transformation, executive coaching, HR strategy development, performance management, and team development.

Directed services, alliances and market development functions in a publically held Saas, e-learning company. Served as industry expert on workforce development and HR learning solutions. Helped company through IPO.
