Major Telecommunications company | Functional Lead Assessed, designed and implemented a new Customer Service Management solution with ServiceNow allowing the enterprise to significantly reduce thousands of hours of manual intervention, increase cross-functional visibility and standardize processes across business units nationwide. Large Oil & Gas company | Project Management Office Analyst Maintained standards for the project development of a Hybrid Agile SAP S/4HANA prototype with the objective to unify cross-functional processes in the departments of Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Distribution, Asset Management, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and Field Services. The new SAP S/4HANA solution demonstrated its value, which led to enterprise deployment afterwards. Leading Oil & Gas company | Business Analyst Gathered business requirements during dozens of discovery sessions to identify major pain points and develop solutions to digitize, standardize and automate processes across the enterprise.
