My role involves collaborating with clients on investment strategies, conducting comprehensive due diligences, and designing effective project structures and business models. ­Selected project experience: - Led a team of four consultants to support a major renewable energy investor and developer in conducting over 30 commercial due diligence and financial analyses on international hydrogen and Power-to-X (P2X) investments - Led the creation of an inorganic growth strategy for the Energy Service Company (ESCO) division of an international utility in the GCC. Conducted market due diligence, identified potential acquisition targets, and developed a comprehensive business plan - Conducted a thorough bankability study on blue and green hydrogen projects, providing a comprehensive analysis of critical project elements impacting debt and equity financing for an NOC in the GCC

I led a team of 5 engineers to manage the structural design and construction process of 36 bridges, performed by several top-tier design consultants, under the Design-Build-Finance agreement for the $458M USD SR400 & I285 Intersection Reconstruction PPP Project in Atlanta, Georgia. I ensured the design was optimized and buildable under the overall construction plan, whilst ensuring contractual compliance.
