Monitored the project’s budget, and coordinated performance reports between local management and executive senior management in Toronto headquarters. Generated $0.4MM in annual savings in marketing costs at the investment funds subsidiary of Scotiabank by leveraging synergies within marketing departments and creating economies of scale. Led a $19MM regional contact center implementation to serve Latin American customers by managing six core multifunctional teams including HR, technology, real estate, sales & services and operations.
