    * Structured and executed debt refinancing programs and debt and capital issuances. More than USD$1.6 billion combined of issuances. Executed a capital increase through a Rights Offering transaction for USD$40 million which represented an 18% capital gain to shareholders. * Bond issuance for USD$1 billion to refinance debt which reduced the company’s cost of debt by 200 basis points and average life of debt from 4.3 to 7.5 years.
