Manages relationships with internal stakeholders. Created a Venture Capital Product University for the fund administration team, educating them on product developments and updates.     Managed Hacking 4 Allies, a program which is brought 8 innovative Norwegian companies to the US via strategic partnerships in both the public and private sector. Successfully managed a portfolio of 20 enterprise software dual-use startups over a year long Strategic Innovation Project. Oversees relationship management including diagnosing feedback and solving problems directly with founders. Leads portfolio performer meetings independently and effectively delivers technical assistance ranging from access to key perks via strategic partners, pitch deck reviews, and strategic growth planning. Actively sources early stage companies and conducts due diligence for the Strategic Innovation Project and the H4X Labs Accelerator. Evangelizes the value proposition of H4XLabs and how our accelerator will catapult companies to the next level and prepare them for government dual-use cases.

    I was promoted to this role to lead critical investor and partner relationships, source, vet, secure, and close deals with universities, corporates, VC funds, and other strategic partners, and manage and mentor a small team responsible for implementing global investor education programs. I was proud to serve as the face of the company in engaging industry interactions. Throughout my tenure, I helped grow the company’s investor and accelerator network by 75%, thereby onboarding 630+ individual contacts spanning funds, corporates, angels, and accelerators. I also created and implemented comprehensive reporting systems that collectively tracked KPIs, NPS scores, and measured the effectiveness of investor and accelerator programs. I am also proud to have enabled entry into four new global markets, among other key work.

    In this role, I led 16 investor and accelerator education programs in partnership with Stanford University, UC Berkeley, INSEAD, government agencies, law firms, and other key partners throughout the US and the globe. I traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad to support programs and ensure efficacy and success and actively recruited new investors and accelerator managers throughout the globe. A large part of my work centered on creating and leading engaging webinars and other training opportunities on venture capital, blockchain, investment strategy, and other key topics attracting 300+ participants each.

    During my tenure with the SBA, I cultivated and grew strong relationships with accelerators and lenders with an emphasis on success tracking and development plans and facilitated lender reviews and field visits to ensure high-quality service delivery to borrowers and small businesses spanning a 50-lender portfolio. In this role, I also directed more than 45 trainings on critical topics including strategic development, underwriting, loan diversification, and industry best practices. I was proud to have been selected to serve as the Communications Director and Board Member for the Diversity and Inclusivity group of Southern California while concurrently serving in the Young Government Leaders of Southern California group. I additionally also served as Public Information Officer and led communications for events, success story development, and media-facing communications.
