    Responsible to implement a quality department, product tests and continuous improvement, including all industrial processes mapping according to ISO metrics and training all factory workers. The project was implemented first in a cement tile factory and later in the bicycle rims and wheels factory, the group's main company. As a result of the project, Vzan was the first of its kind in Brazil to get INMETRO certification (National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality), which gave a high competitive advantage to the company.
