Managed global team reporting directly to “CEO” of Amazon Fresh, Amazon’s grocery business, overseeing worldwide product and technology organization of 400 employees including the entire software stack from website/mobile and UX to forecasting and shipment planning. Influential in the growth of the Fresh business by helping to launch 8 new fulfillment centers worldwide, by growing engineering team by over 100%, and by building an Agile project management model across 25 teams, product, program, design, and QA.
