November 2021 - March 2023 Acting as the Investment Director of Full Global Investments, a fast-deploying sector, stage and geography agnostic €35M+ hybrid fund under Inveready management. - Corporate development: designed fundraising decks and shaped the investment thesis, the investment process and the quarterly report template. - Investing: self-sourced, negotiated access and closed 10 fund investments and 7 startup co-investments, and participated in the analysis of 20+ other closed deals. 8 countries covered. August 2020 - October 2021 "First Capital" is the Inveready vertical focused on investing in deep tech and digital tech startups, primarily leading seed(+) rounds in Spain. - 60% portfolio support for 9 companies: crafted KPIs and board presentations, guided go-to-market strategies, structured fundraising rounds, designed exit processes. - 30% dealflow: self-sourced and closed Intelex Vision and Fleksy deals, the first two post-seed and UK investments. - 10% corporate development: designed the pre-seed coinvestment agreement with BackFund, tried to implement a portfolio database and reporting tool.

Martin Varsavsky's family office. - VAS Ventures: Martin Varsavsky's first VC fund. Analyzed early stage startup deals and participated in the selection and investment processes. Designed financial models and KPIs for portfolio companies. - MVB Fund: Co-wrote several thesis that led to successful investments in top-tier US and European Venture Capital funds and pre-IPO unicorns. - Provided strategic support and designed decks for Martin Varsavsky's initiatives, including Overture.life, Goggo.network, BarterEnergy.es and Gametogen.com.

Operations Department. - Created, developed, reported and monitored several operational KPIs and dashboards on both Service (job vacancies, recruitment process) and Contracts (hires, salaries, debts, invoices) levels by combining database analysis (Redshift/PostgreSQL), BI tools (Metabase/Excel), scripting (Google Apps Script/Javascript) and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). - Conducted studies based on company historical data to improve rates charged to clients, reduce operational errors, and provide better services to JT subcontracted employees. - Gathered and analyzed data for audit purposes.
