SACKit is a Danish design company in rapid development. SACKit designs unique exclusive lifestyle products. The products are Danish design, with quality materials and functionality. The philosophy is to design durable products, that will continue to bring the customer joy for years. Not focusing on one product category; but identifying customer needs and design products to meet them. I was co-owner and managing director – during the period I was part of SACKit, the company grew with 775% and we established the brand, SACKit, as a top of mind brand in Denmark, with great potential worldwide. During the transition from a smaller start-up to a medium-sized company, I have touched all aspects of the company here among, procurement, sales, administration, logistic, finance, e-commerce, marketing etc. The sales were done both domestic and via export, the sales channels were direct to end-user (BtC) via our webshop and via dealers, agents and distribution (BtB).
