We have built the first socially conscious Wallet. The Good Money Wallet provides 1.5% unlimited cash back on all purchases; purchase protection and travel protection! We Protect ≈3,600 trees in the Amazon per customer AND Give 1% to the planet via the RainForest Fund. I played a lead role in the three pivots that the company made. Built a team of remarkable colleagues  I inherited a large team of employees and outsourced development teams. Built Organizational Capabilities  Participated in setting company goals and quarterly OKRs for all teams. Workshopped with individuals and leaders to map individual OKRs to company goals.  Built enhanced analytical capabilities to track company KPI and product goals.  Audited periodic financial reporting packages including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. Course corrected based on the OpEx Pro Forma and Cash Forecast to manage cash burn.
