    Software Engineer in the Core Products Group. Coded for and debugged complex systems involving ASICs, FPGAs, and PPC processors running Linux. Became resident expert at debugging seemingly intractable issues. Was involved in training new hires. Took personal initiative and reduced build time substantially saving developer time, allowing for 3 automated builds a day, and improving time to fix on some issues from 3 days to 1.

    Optical Networking was topic of research. Published two papers and a poster on Optical Burst Switching. Planned for and helped in writing proposals for large NSF and DARPA grants. Was part of the OpNeAR lab.

Dealt with Graduate level courses Wireless Communication, Optical Communication, Introduction to Telecommunication Networks.
